What visitors say

A visitor's gluten-free stay fell far short. Staff repeatedly served gluten-containing dishes despite requests for plain rice, demonstrating poor listening and incompetence. The modified menu was inadequate, with most items crossed out. Strong caution advised for those with celiac needs.
